The following steps will highlight how we work and process the purchase of your property with no obligation from you until the final step:

3. One of our associates will then contact you within 24 hours to have an informal chat about your circumstances and understand your individual needs. Therefore, it will be helpful if you disclose as much as possible and be as accurate as you can so that we can offer the best solution. Remember, all details are held in confidence and will not be passed onto any third party.

4. Once we have understood your needs and feel that we can tailor an appropriate solution, we will then make an appointment to meet you at your property, where we will carry out an informal inspection to value the property and discuss the solution further.

5. We will then make you an offer for your property (which will be valid for 14 days).

6. If you are happy to proceed, we ask you to sign an agreement to sell us your property so that we can instruct our solicitor (and in some cases your solicitor too) and complete the sale – we complete all the paperwork for you!

We will pay for your legal costs normally up to the value of £500 subject to the terms that are agreed.
